two thousand fourteen
Wow, it has been such a wonderful year filled with so many new adventures. This year provided me with a lot of firsts. First time out of the country, first time taking business classes, first out of country missions trip, first time 2nd shooting a wedding, first solo business trip, and so many more. I was given the opportunity to travel to France, El Salvador, a couple states within the Midwest, and Florida twice. My photography business has expanded beyond just family and friends. Just this year I had 21 portrait sessions and was a 2nd shooter for two beautiful weddings. I scheduled my first solo wedding for 2015, i'm so excited! God brought so many wonderful blessings, people, and opportunities during this year. I'll try to make this short and to the point but I'm going to do a little picture wrap up since I didn't blog much about all my travels. Enjoy a look back on my year. I pray the Lord blesses your families and friends in this next year. Put Him first and you'll be blessed beyond belief.
South of France
My trip to France was such an amazing experience that I would never trade for anything. I mean isn't it just so beautiful? Pictures don't even do it justice. I traveled with these wonderful people and spent two weeks in Monaco in that beautiful house pictured above. It was a trip of a lifetime and I'm so thankful for the Romero's for taking me.
El Salvador
My first ever missions trip out of the country was to El Salvador. I still can't believe the things God did on this trip, He changed my heart and moved me in so many ways. I joined a team at the airport that I didn't even know and felt slightly nervous at the thought that they all knew each other. But it was such a wonderful experience to become friends with 20 new people plus other teams from around the United States. We were able to reach so many people in El Salvador through a wonderful organization called Castillo Del Rey. They minister to people throughout Central America in hopes of making Jesus famous. It was such a beautiful experience.
Cape Coral, Florida
These rocks were a beautiful location so that's why my only DSLRs are from this location, I took lots of iPhone pictures though, believe me. Anyway, I had the opportunity to travel to Cape Coral for a couple days to spend time with the Diaz family. It was a business/pleasure trip and was all types of wonderful. I met Casey and Kader while on my missions trip to El Salvador. We never thought we would all see each other again but when Casey mentioned something about me taking her senior pictures, I tried to make it happen. It was so lovely spending time with their family and taking their pictures. Aren't they a beautiful family? I also spent a week during the summer in Panama City with my family but didn't take many pictures with my DSLR. It was another wonderful week, I love Florida and would totally move there.
Business
This past year has been a big year for my business. Lauren Anne Photography has really expanded beyond just my family and friends. I was able to take my first business trip to the beautiful state of Florida. I can't thank my clients enough for providing me with the opportunities to capture some really special moments. I'm dreaming up some big things for 2015 and can't wait to share more about them very soon. I'm so excited for my first wedding which will be in June. It's going to be a great year filled with many more blessings and adventures. For any contacts and inquiries please email me at: laurenannedesigns@gmail. Thank you to all who took the time to read about my wonderful year. I pray many blessings over you all and that the Lord is present in this next year!

Mary+Johnny: Hocking Hills Wedding
Mary and Johnny's wedding day was perfect in so many ways!
This past Saturday, I had the opportunity to 2nd shoot with Ashley Walters Photography. This was my second wedding working alongside her and it's been so much fun getting to know her and learn from her. She's awesome, but seriously make sure to check her out! But back to the main reason of this post, this beautiful wedding. The day was filled with so many memories that they will forever remember. There were so many details put into this wedding that really made everything come together. My favorite detail of the day was her beautiful veil that was made by her mother. Mary and Johnny had such a sweet bond and you could definitely tell that they were excited to spend the rest of their lives together. I wish them the very best and was incredibly thankful to be apart of their wonderful day.
